Rada's Toasted Coconut Pound Cake Quick Mix
This pound cake has a rich taste and a delightful aroma that people will savor. A great dessert enjoyed with a good cup of coffee. Simply mix with butter, eggs and water.
TOASTED COCONUT POUND CAKE DIRECTIONS:
Combine:
- 1 stick melted butter (? cup)
- 2 eggs
- ? cup water
Add Pound Cake Mix and stir to blend. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before slicing with bread knife.

- 1 pkg. Toasted Coconut Pound Cake Quick Mix
- 1 ? 12 oz. can mandarin orange slices (drained)
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 cups prepared vanilla pudding
- Whipped topping
Prepare the Toasted Coconut Pound Cake Quick Mix per directions on packet. Cut pound cake into 1/2? slices with your bread knife. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture onto cut side of pound cake with your Super Spreader. Top with second slice of pound cake. Garnish with dollop of whipped topping.
