The Serrated Pie Server cuts and serves with the same utensil. The handle angle slides under a slice of pie so it stays in shape. You can also use it for bundt cakes and circular cheese cakes - pizza too!
APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS: 4 1/8" by 2 3/8" triangle face, overall 9 1/2"

Line Pie Plate with crust
Pick over and hull 4 cups fresh berries
Combine:
- 2/3 ? 1 cup sugar
- 4 T. flour
- 2 t. tapioca
- 1 ? T. lemon juice or ? t. cinnamon
Sprinkle this over berries and stir gently with Cook's Spoon until well blended. Pour into crust. Dot with butter.
Bake on lower rack at 450 for 50 minutes.
