This 10" Chef's Knife is marked: Sabatier Jeune, Garanti (over a cluster of grapes), there is also a Crown over a "K", Made in France.
The Brass Rivets are tight on this Carbon Steel 10" Sabatier Chef's Knife. There is some discoloration on the blade and it does need to be resharpened but overall this Vintage Chef Knife is in good condition.
