The Pyrex Visionware amber (smoked) double boiler is used to cook sauces, melt chocolate, and prepare other delicate foods. Put water into the lower pot, and your ingredients into the upper pot - your recipe simmers gently away from direct heat.
This double boiler is used, clean and in good condition.
