Rada's Iowa Steak Soup Quick Mix
Bring an Iowa tradition into your home with this hearty soup mix.
Just add beef and water. (serves 4-6)
IOWA STEAK SOUP MIX DIRECTIONS:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups water
- 1 pkg Iowa Steak Soup Quick Mix
In saucepan, brown ground beef and drain, crumbling with the Plain Food Chopper. Add water and soup mix. Bring to a boil, stirring often with the Handi-Stir. Reduce heat to low and cook 20 minutes, stirring often. (If desired, substitute 2 cups cooked roast beef for the ground beef.)
