Rada's Black Bean Chili Quick Mix Q806

A rich and plentiful blend of spices are combined with black beans, celery, carrots and onions to provide a mouth-watering chili.

Just mix with ground beef, tomato paste, diced tomatoes and water. (serves 6)

BLACK BEAN CHILI DIRECTIONS:

1 lb. ground beef
1-6 oz. can tomato paste
1-14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
3 ? cups water
1 package Black Bean Chili mix

In a saucepan, brown ground beef and drain, crumbling with the Plain Food Chopper. Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, water and black bean chili mix. Bring to a boil, stirring often with the Cook's Spoon. Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until beans are tender, stirring often.
