The 6" Bread Slicer is a smaller version of our traditional bread slicer. It is ideal for slicing banana or pumpkin bread, bakery buns or hoagies and English Muffins. The small, close serrations cut through soft, crumbly items without tearing them up! Gently saw back and forth to cut through foods with a hard surface and soft interior.

BANANA BREAD RECIPE

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup butter (5 1/2 tablespoons), softened
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 2/3 cup sugar

- 1 3/4 cups sifted flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan.
Blend first 4 ingredients in blender.
In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add blender ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake 45 minutes, or until golden.
Cool on wire rack. Slice with a Bread Knife.
