Rada's Lemon Pound Cake Quick Mix
A moist, light and tangy pound cake that will melt in your mouth. Simply mix with butter, eggs and water to have a quick, tasty dessert.
TOASTED LEMON POUND CAKE DIRECTIONS:
Combine:
- 1 stick melted butter (? cup)
- 2 eggs
- ? cup water
Add Pound Cake Mix and stir to blend. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before slicing with bread knife.

2 cups fresh or frozen assorted berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)

1/3 cup sugar

2 tsp. lemon juice

Whipped topping
Prepare the Lemon Pound Cake Quick Mix per directions on packet. Cut pound cake into 1? slices with your bread knife. Combine the next 3 ingredients and puree in a blender or food processor until smooth. Spoon about 1/4 cup of sauce on top of pound cake slice, allowing sauce to drizzle off the edge of the pound cake. Top with whipped topping and enjoy.
