Mix with sour cream and cream cheese to serve as a special appetizer with fruit or as a light dessert with graham crackers. (yields 2 cups)

ELEGANT MOUSSE DESSERT

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 cup whipped topping
• 1 pkg White Chocolate Raspberry seasoning
• 1 cup fresh raspberries
• 1 white chocolate bar (optional)

Beat cream cheese until smooth.  Add seasoning and sour cream and blend until creamy.  Fold in whipped topping.  Spoon into small dessert cups and garnish with fresh raspberries.
Optional:  Use the Vegetable Peeler to shave cold white chocolate to sprinkle on top of mousse.

FRUIT DIP

• 8 oz softened cream cheese
• 8 oz sour cream
• 1 pkg White Chocolate Raspberry seasoning

Blend together cream cheese, sour cream and White Chocolate Raspberry gourmet dessert seasoning.  Mix until smooth and creamy.  Refrigerate at least one hour.  Serve with fresh fruit slices.

NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE

• 8 oz softened cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 cup whipped topping
• 1 pkg White Chocolate Raspberry seasoning
• 1  9-inch graham cracker or chocolate cookie pie crust

Beat cream cheese until smooth.  Add seasoning and sour cream and blend until smooth.  Fold in whipped topping.  Spoon into prepared crust.  Cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.  Serve with the Serrated Pie Server.

WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE

• 2 bananas cut with Heavy Duty Paring Knife
• 1 cup frozen raspberries
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 1 cup frozen whipped topping
• 3 Tbsp White Chocolate Raspberry seasoning
• 2 cups ice

Combine ingredients in a blender.  Mix until smooth.

WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CHEESEBALL

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2 Tbsp butter, softened
• 4 Tbsp White Chocolate Raspberry seasoning

Blend together cream cheese and butter.  Add White Chocolate Raspberry seasoning and mix well.  Refrigerate one hour.  Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball.  (Optional:  Roll cheeseball in chopped coconut or chopped, slivered almonds.)  Serve with Party Spreader on fruit, graham crackers, bagels, or chocolate wafers.
