Subtle and rich, our versatile vanilla latte mix adds that special touch to cheesecake, cheeseball, and fruit dip desserts.

FRESH FRUIT PARFAIT

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ? cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 pkg. Vanilla Latte Quick Mix
  • 2 to 3 cups fresh fruit cut with your favorite Paring Knife

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add seasoning and sour cream and blend until creamy. Fold in whipped topping. Layer mixture in a tall parfait glass, alternating between fruit and Vanilla Latte mixture. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

FRUIT DIP

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 pkg Vanilla Latte Quick Mix

Blend together cream cheese, sour cream, and Vanilla Latte dessert mix.  Mix until smooth and creamy.  Refrigerate at least one hour.  Serve with fresh fruit slices.

NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 pkg Vanilla Latte Quick Mix
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker or chocolate cookie pie crust

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add seasoning and sour cream and blend until smooth.  Fold in whipped topping.  Spoon into prepared crust.  Cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.

STRAWBERRIES & CREAM SMOOTHIE

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla Latte Quick Mix
  • 6-8 Strawberries cut with Peeling Paring Knife
  • 1 cup ice

Combine ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth.

VANILLA LATTE CHEESEBALL

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 Tbsp Vanilla Latte Quick Mix

Blend together cream cheese and butter. Add Vanilla Latte seasoning and mix well.  Refrigerate one hour.  Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball.  (Optional:  Roll in chopped pecans or chopped, slivered almonds.)

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Spread with Party Spreader on graham crackers, bagels, muffins or other bread.

VANILLA LATTE SHAKE

  • 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla Latte Quick Mix
  • Vanilla ice cream (add to desired thickness)

Combine in a blender and mix well. Shave a cold chocolate bar with the Vegetable Peeler to garnish.
