Rada's Island Coconut Sweet Dip Quick Mix Q904
This deliciously sweet blend of coconut and pineapple is a great complement to fresh fruit, either as a dip, layered with berries in a refreshing fruit parfait, or used as the sauce on a fruit pizza. Mix with sour cream and cream cheese.

FRESH FRUIT PIZZA
- 1 tube sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 pkg. Island Coconut Quick Mix
- 2 to 3 cups Sliced Fresh Fruit (Strawberries, Kiwi, Mandarin Oranges, Red or Green Grapes)
Spread cookie dough onto a round baking stone and cook according to package directions. Remove from oven and let cool.
While cookie dough is cooling, mix ? package of Quick Mix with 8-ounces softened cream cheese. Spread flavored cream cheese mixture evenly over cookie. Slice fresh fruit with your favorite Paring Knife and layer over cream cheese. (Optional: Sprinkle toasted coconut over top of fruit). Cut and serve with the Serrated Pie Server.
