Put this garden fresh cucumber, onion and dill dip on your party buffet...cool and refreshing!

Mix with sour cream and cream cheese. Makes 2 1/4 cups.

Cucumber Onion Dill Dip Nutrition and Ingredients PDF File

BAKED CRAB DIP

• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 4 green onions, sliced thin
• 8 oz crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
• 1 Tbsp Cucumber Onion Dill Dip Mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Spread into a 2 quart baking dish.  Bake for 15-20 minutes.  Serve with the Party Spreader on chips, crackers or vegetables.

CUCUMBER ONION DILL CHEESEBALL

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2 Tbsp margarine, softened
• 1/4 tsp Cucumber Onion Dill Dip Mix

Blend together cream cheese and margarine until creamy.  Add Cucumber Onion Dill seasoning and mix evenly.  Refrigerate one hour.  Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball.  Roll in chopped parsley or chopped nuts.  Serve with the Party Spreader on crackers.

CREAMY CUCUMBER ONION DILL DRESSING

• 3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup 2% milk
• 3/4 cup Sour Cream
• 1 pkg Cucumber Onion Dill Dip Mix

Combine Cucumber Onion Dill seasoning and milk.  Add remaining ingredients and blend well with your Handi-Stir. Allow to set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then serve over your favorite salad.

CUCUMBER ONION DILL GRILLING SAUCE

• ½ pkg. Cucumber Onion Dill Quick Mix
• ½ cup real mayonnaise
• ½ cup plain yogurt
• Juice from one lime
• 4 - 6 Salmon fillets or steaks

Combine dip mix, mayonnaise, yogurt and lime. Mix well with your Handi-Stir. Grill, broil or bake the Salmon or steak. Brush fish or steak with grilling sauce before serving. Slice the fish with the Fillet Knife, or the steaks with a Serrated Steak Knife. Serve extra grilling sauce on the side for dipping.
