The Cook's Utility Knife is a smaller version of the popular Cook's Knife. The Cook's Utility gives you more control over your cutting tasks. Its handle provides more leverage and its blade allows a rocking motion for dicing or mincing.

The Rada Cook's Utility Knife includes the option of the NEW black resin handle!  It looks great even after many runs through the dishwasher.

HOAGIE DIP RECIPE

• 1 lb Ham - Chopped with Cook's Utility Knife
• 1 lb Salami (not hard) - Chopped
• 1/2 lb Pepperoni - Chopped
• 2 Large or 3 Medium Tomatoes (or to taste) - Diced with Tomato Slicer
• 1 Small Onion (or to taste) - Chopped with Plain Food Chopper
• 1/2 lb (8 oz) Cheddar Cheese - Shredded
• 1/2 lb (8 oz) Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded
• 1 cup Mayo
• 1/8 cup Vegetable Oil
• Oregano or Italian Seasoning to taste

Mix all ingredients well. Serve on Townhouse crackers or as Sub sandwiches. You can also top your sub sandwich with shredded lettuce.

Everything can be modified to your taste, I usually add more mayo to make it creamier.
