LEMON PIE RECIPE

- 4 tablespoons flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Grated rind 1 lemon
Mix flour and sugar. Add boiling water, stirring constantly. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in butter, egg yolk, lemon juice and rind. Let cool. Put in filling and cook.
