The attractive Rada Cutlery apron is a poly/cotton twill and has three 7" pockets. Great way to stay clean and show your cutlery preference!
The apron is blue, with a white logo reading "Rada Cutlery, A Cut Above The Rest" and a knife image.

PEANUT BRITTLE RECIPE

Combine in large iron skillet:
- 1 C. white sugar
- 1 C. light Karo Syrup
- 1/2 C. water
Cook until it spins a thread.
(Use wooden spoon throughout.)
Add:
- 1 to 2 C. Spanish (red skins) peanuts
- a pinch of salt
Cook until syrup is golden brown, you will hear the peanuts 'pop'.
Add a heaping teaspoon of butter and stir until melted.
Add:
- A heaping teaspoon baking soda.
Stir and pour up quickly (it will foam up) on foil.
Spread with back of wooden spoon.
When cool, pick up foil and drop it to break brittle into pieces.
Store in dry, airtight container.
