Cooking with Rada Cutlery Stoneware

Use and Care

To eliminate scratching surfaces, always place the stoneware on a hot pad.
It is okay to cut directly on the stoneware as it will not damage the stoneware's surface.
Do not use the stoneware on top of a direct heat source.
Do not put hot stoneware into water. Allow it to cool completely first.
Do not place any other pan on top of or in the stoneware to bake.
Do not add liquid to stoneware that has been heated.

When baking with stoneware, follow the recipe cooking procedures and times. Only recipes with short cooking times of 15 minutes or less may require 1 or 2 additional minutes.
The stoneware can be used in both the oven and microwave. Items cooked using the microwave will not brown like in a regular oven.
The stoneware will become extremely hot when heated. Use a heavy hot pad or glove when handling the hot stoneware.
Unlike many other brands of stoneware available today, Rada Cutlery Stoneware can do directly from the freezer to a preheated 400º oven without cracking the stoneware. Place on the middle oven rack for even baking.

Allow the stoneware to cool completely.
Scrape the excess food from the bake ware using a spatula.
You may use your dishwasher to clean your Rada Cutlery Stoneware. Our stoneware is produced by a proprietary process that makes it dishwasher safe.
You may also clean your stoneware in your sink with dish washing soap and hot water. Rinse the stoneware thoroughly with hot water and dry.

Rada Mfg. Co. will replace Rada Cutlery Stoneware returned to us for defects in material, construction or workmanship under normal and appropriate care. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents.
